We chose this place for lunch on 22.11.23 because it was in the Entertainment Book and offered 25% discount. The ambience is just wonderful. If you can't find a spot to your liking, you're not looking hard enough. Coffees were very good. We ordered the spicy chicken burger - single which came with chips and tomato sauce. This size was more than enough for my husband. I had the roasted turmeric cauliflower and green beans salad with marinated tuna. Both dishes could have done with a little more seasoning. My fault though: I was too lazy to get up and find some salt! The restaurant was very well patronised for midday on a Wednesday. We both agreed we'd like to return of a Friday evening to soak up more of the appealing ambience, and to sample some different menu options.

Came here yesterday for my birthday to have a few drinks. we booked online and then my sister and I called in to make sure o booking went through and to also make sure that the seating was not on bar stools as I have two bulge discs and im short. it was confirmed that the reservation was done (i have the call log on my phone). when we arrived the lady that attended to us was so rude, she said they was so busy with bookings and the bar stools was all that they had. i explained that we called and it was confirmed and now she changed it and was dismissive to the request. I noted empty chairs outside and she said oh you can sit there. Anywho we ordered drinks on our phone through the table link. we managed to enjoy drink and the place is very spacious and lovely looking. The interact to their customers whom are paying was off putting though and i was bummed. We also had a male that came to get our drinks emptied on the table, for which he brushed infront of me and didnt even say excuse me. i noted it the first time and then he did it again to the my husband, it was so abrupt and not excuse me. I think manners and politeness as thing of the past and so is a smile or acknowledgement. The third time I gave him the glasses so he wouldn't go over me. We left at 9pm as it got too roudy as a table in front of us were falling of their stool chairs. When we went to the bar I asked if he could make me a cocktail as a few I chose they didn't have the liquor for, he said anything you like, I said gin and sweet. he made me the most sour gin drink I have consumed. He also thought I was drunk, I wasn’t as he thought I was with a lady swaying. I had two drinks total. It was not a pleasant experience as a whole. Positive note: Espresso martini is delicious Mocktail tutti-frutti was yum Hot chips and aoli were a kid hit cappuccino was hot and good for husband If the customer service was better then I would give a higher rate 18/7 called them as I was still bothered by engagement

I personally hate ordering from the table, particularly when you're in a big group. We came at 12:06 and they wouldn't make an exception despite being a table for 11. We ordered a bunch of margarita pizzas, Nutella pizzas, wedges and few other things. They brought out the dessert before the food, brought out the drinks within 5 min. One of us had to wait 50 minutes for wedges so he had pizza, his dessert and then had to eat that. The Nutella pizzas manage to come out before the margarita pizzas, and the cake dessert got brought out before the food. I'd also like to mention there were only 2 tables in the whole cafe. So they weren't busy. And really did not appreciate the 10% weekend surcharge.

Very disappointing steak sandwich which was dry and tasteless. Small serve of chips. Poor value all round. Service was non- existent as the customer had to do it all themselves at multiple check points. Bar stools and high tables not always best options for those of a more mature age. On the positive , it is a great setting to accommodate large crowds, which there were with many Christmas parties.
